Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil klinikopatologi karsinoma sel skuamosa laring di RSUD Waled tahun 2021–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan data sekunder dari rekam medis. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Terdapat 30 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Karakteristik pasien menunjukkan bahwa kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 56–65 tahun (46,7%). Mayoritas pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki (96,7%). Data riwayat merokok sebagian besar tidak tercatat (93,3%). Keluhan utama yang paling sering muncul adalah suara serak (26,7%). Lokasi tumor dominan berada di area glotis (83,3%), dengan derajat diferensiasi terbanyak baik (70,0%). Stadium diagnosis paling banyak adalah stadium IV A (53,3%). Karakteristik dominan pasien karsinoma sel skuamosa laring di RSUD Waled adalah kelompok usia 56–65 tahun, laki-laki, tanpa data riwayat merokok yang tercatat, keluhan utama suara serak, lokasi tumor di glotis, derajat diferensiasi baik, dan stadium IV A.
