Pengaruh Pendekatan Family Centered Maternity Care terhadap Penurunan Kecemasan Ibu Bersalin

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan Family Centered Maternity Care (FCMC) terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre-experimental melalui rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Kecamatan Baitussalam pada bulan Desember 2025. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 ibu bersalin yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Intervensi FCMC dilakukan dengan melibatkan keluarga sebagai pendamping aktif selama proses persalinan melalui dukungan emosional, informasi, bantuan praktis, dan pendampingan dalam memahami arahan tenaga kesehatan. Tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Data dianalisis secara univariat untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan secara bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berusia 20–35 tahun (70,9%), multipara (49,4%), berpendidikan menengah (46,8%), ibu rumah tangga (63,3%), dan mendapatkan pendampingan keluarga selama persalinan (77,2%). Rata-rata skor kecemasan sebelum intervensi sebesar 27,6 ± 5,4 menurun menjadi 20,1 ± 4,8 setelah intervensi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Z = -3,29 dengan p = 0,001. Pendekatan FCMC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan kecemasan ibu bersalin. Secara praktis, FCMC dapat diterapkan dalam pelayanan kebidanan dengan melibatkan suami atau keluarga terdekat secara terarah untuk meningkatkan rasa aman, dukungan emosional, dan pengalaman persalinan yang lebih positif.
