Bypass Padang) http://jurnal.jomparnd.com/index.php/js/article/view/1006
Transportation has an important role in human life, because transportation has a big influence on society, economic and social political development of a country. research discusses analysis of influence of vehicles making a U-turn on Bypass No. KM 15, Aie Pacah, Tangah City, Padang City, West Sumatra. Research purposes is to determine level of service that occurs in traffic flow, to obtain this aim PKJI 2014 is used. This research obtains average travel time for vehicles making a U-Turn, length of queue when making a U-Turn, average travel time average number of vehicles disturbed and not disturbed by U-Turns and knowing level of service on that road section. From data processing it can be concluded that peak hour vehicle speeds are slower than non-peak hour vehicle speeds due to high traffic flow. Meanwhile, waiting time when a vehicle is about to turn around, during peak hours vehicles wait longer than during non-peak hours because volume of vehicles is denser during peak hours. Average queue length in opposite direction during peak hours is longer than during non-peak hours due to the density of vehicles during peak hours, it can be concluded that level of service C.
Aufa Fadhil Ircham Veronica Diana Anis Copyright (c) 2024 JUSTER : Jurnal Sains dan Terapan 2024-01-22 2024-01-22 3 1 1 7 10.57218/juster.v3i1.1006 Metodologi Pendekatan Sistemik: Metode Manajerial Mendasar Dan Powerful Yang Perlu Diimplementasikan http://jurnal.jomparnd.com/index.php/js/article/view/1003
Large-scale problems are complex and interrelated. Decisions made in these matters can have unexpected impacts. A systemic approach is a management method that can be used to solve systemic problems. This approach consists of two models, namely a qualitative model and a quantitative model. Qualitative models ensure that the issue is fully understood, while quantitative models allow for analysis of policy scenarios. In this article, the systemic approach methodology is briefly discussed. This methodology begins with a qualitative formulation in the form of a causal-loop diagram. Causal-loop diagram is a diagram that describes the cause-and-effect relationship between variables in a system. Next, this methodology is continued with quantitative formulation in the form of stock-and-flow diagrams. Stock-and-flow diagram is a diagram that depicts the flow and supply of resources in a system. Further computations for experimental purposes (up to policy scenario simulations) can be implemented using Vensim® software. This article discusses the systemic approach methodology up to the experimentation example stage.
Chatarina Dian Indrawati Didik Joko Pitoyo Petrus Setya Murdapa Copyright (c) 2024 JUSTER : Jurnal Sains dan Terapan 2024-01-22 2024-01-22 3 1 8 16 10.57218/juster.v3i1.1003 Keragaman Makro Alga Berdasarkan Karakter Morfologis Di Pantai Ria Kecamatan Woja Kabupaten Dompu http://jurnal.jomparnd.com/index.php/js/article/view/732
sea. As a type of qualitative research, this research has four informants: village heads, community leaders, religious leaders, and medicine makers. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis consists of three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the use and management of traditional medicinal plants in Bumi Pajo Village has been passed down from generation to generation. Medicinal plants are processed in various ways, such as boiling, pounding, steaming, pounding, grinding, grating, and kneading in water. Recommendations from this research are (1) The use of medicinal plants must be maintained and taught to the next generation (2) In the process of consuming plants medication by the people of Bumi Pajo Village, care needs to be taken in determining the amount of medication that can be used to prevent or treat disease (3) This is necessary because it is hoped that this will enable researchers to study more factors related to the use of traditional medicine, especially relating to local communities in certain areas.
Nehru Komariah Ardianto Ira Rismayana Nikman Azmin Copyright (c) 2024 JUSTER : Jurnal Sains dan Terapan 2024-01-22 2024-01-22 3 1 25 28 10.57218/juster.v3i1.1012 Studi Inventarisasi Hewan Invertebrata Di Pantai Monta Kabupaten Bima http://jurnal.jomparnd.com/index.php/js/article/view/1010
Field practicum held by students of Gnggusuwaru University, Biology Education Study Program, on Sarae Me'e Beach with the aim of clarifying invertebrate animals. The use of antibiotics in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori has the effect of causing the body to become resistant to antibiotics and the global crisis has caused treatment costs to become increasingly expensive at this time. Therefore, it is necessary to think about ways to find new alternative treatments to control the growth and infection caused by Helicobacter pylori bacteria, such as traditional medicines which have the potential to have damaging effects on genes. The Ministry of Health has launched a traditional medicine development program towards phytotherapy group medicines. One natural ingredient that is thought to contain active antibacterial ingredients is sea cucumber. Sea cucumbers have long been used as a source of traditional medicine. The research results show that there are several zones of resistance from sand sea cucumber simplicia (Holothuria scabra) to inhibit the growth of Helicobacter pylori. Then there was also a change in the DNA integrity profile of the Helicobacter pylori gene due to the effect of the sand sea cucumber simplicia (Holothuria scabra), namely by not forming DNA bands.
Nikman Azmin Muh.
