High Performance Work System (HPWS) Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Performance

Penelitian ini bermula dari adanya research gap pengaruh high performance work system (HPWS) terhadap performance. Kami mengembangkan sebuah model penelitian dengan perspektif teori AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity Theory). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh high performance work system terhadap performance dengan motivation dan ability sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah (KSPPS) Kota Salatiga dan Kabupaten Semarang dengan sampel 100 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa HPWS mampu mempengaruhi kinerja, motivasi, dan ability. Selanjutnya motivasi terbukti mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja, dan berhasil memediasi pengaruh HPWS terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan ability ternyata gagal meningkatkan kinerja dan tidak berhasil memediasi pengaruh HPWS terhadap kinerja.
