Pengaruh Penggunaan Obat Tradisional Terhadap Kualitas Hidup Pasien Dengan Penyakit Kronis Di Desa Berjo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan obat tradisional terhadap kualitas hidup pasien dengan penyakit kronis di Desa Berjo, Kecamatan Kemuning, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien berusia 18–65 tahun dengan minimal satu diagnosis penyakit kronis dan telah menggunakan obat tradisional selama ≥3 bulan. Sampel sebanyak 28 responden diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas adalah waktu dan lama pemakaian obat tradisional, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kualitas hidup yang diukur menggunakan kuesioner SF-36 versi Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara waktu dan lama penggunaan obat tradisional dengan kualitas hidup responden dengan p value masing-masing p=0,002 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa waktu dan lama penggunaan obat tradisional berhubungan signifikan dengan kualitas hidup pasien. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis bukti dan komunitas dalam integrasi pengobatan tradisional ke dalam sistem layanan kesehatan.
