Hubungan Faktor Lingkungan Fisik Dengan Distress Pada Pekerja Manufaktur

Isu stres terkait kerja diakui sebagai masalah global yang memengaruhi semua profesi di negara maju dan berkembang serta menjadi tantangan utama bagi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap distres pada pekerja pengepresan panas perusahan manufaktur. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. populasi dan sample penelitian ini adalah pekerja di area pengepresan panas di perusahaan manufaktur dengan jumlah responden 246 pekerja. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitan terdapat hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan distres kerja (p=0,001). Kondisi lingkungan fisik berupa pencahayaan (p=0,037), kelembapan (p= 0,011), sirkulasi udara (p= 0,005) dan kulitas udara (p= 0,005) memiliki hubungan bermakna atau dominan yang mempengaruhi distress pekerja, dengan dikontrol variabel kondisi perlindungan paparan dari bahan berbahaya (p= 0,415).
