Perbandingan Skala ELPO Standar dan Modifikasi Dalam Deteksi Risiko Pressure Injury Pasien Bedah

Pendahuluan: Pasien yang menjalani operasi lebih dari dua jam berisiko tinggi mengalami luka tekan (Pressure Injury). Untuk memprediksi risiko ini, perawat dapat menggunakan Skala ELPO yang menilai faktor seperti durasi operasi, posisi tubuh, anestesi, penyangga, usia, lama operasi, dan penyakit penyerta. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil Skala ELPO standar dengan Skala ELPO modifikasi berbasis Teori Konservasi Myra Levine dalam mendeteksi risiko luka tekan pada pasien operasi >2 jam. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain retrospektif case-control dengan analisis data Chi-square uji akurasi, sensitivitas, dan spesifisitas antara kedua skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ELPO Modifikasi lebih akurat, sensitif, dan spesifik dibanding ELPO Standar (akurasi 78.9% vs 43.5%; sensisitivitas 50% vs 50%; spesifisitas 91.8% vs 40%. Skala ELPO modifikasi lebih sensitif dibanding ELPO Standar untuk mendeteksi risiko luka tekan pada pasien operasi, dengan faktor posisi operasi, usia, mobilisasi, dan kelembaban kulit berperan penting terhadap kejadian luka tekan.
