Efektivitas Program SREGEP Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Pati

Tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Pati masih dibawah standar minimal sebesar 95%. Program SREGEP (Service Excellent Gerakan Perawat) bertujuan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien melalui pelatihan komunikasi efektif dua arah dan penerapan sikap 6S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, Santun, Sigap). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efektivitas Program SREGEP terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimental dengan desain none- equivalent control group pretest-posttest pada 36 pasien dan 12 perawat rawat inap kelas III. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan skor kepuasan pasien meningkat signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dari 68,67 menjadi 95,00 (p=0,001) lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol 60,66 menjadi 72,83 (p=0,001). Kesimpulanya program SREGEP lebih efektif dibandingkan Program 6S dalam meningkatkan kepuasan. Rekomendasi penelitian dapat pihak manajemen dapat memperluas implementasi Program SREGEP di seluruh unit rumah sakit dan melakukan monitoring serta evaluasi berkala untuk menjaga efektivitas program.
