Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perilaku inovatif guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan secara deskriptif dan kausal ditinjau dari variabel knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Penentuan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling dengan jumlah sebesar 165 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian: IWB guru-guru SMK berada dalam kategori baik karena rata-rata skor 1338,5 atau 81,12%. Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan knowledge sharing terhadap innovative work behavior. Besarnya pengaruh langsung knowledge sharing terhadap innovative work behavior adalah 0,515 yang berarti sedang. Kontribusi knowledge sharing terhadap innovatif work behavior sebesar 58,4%. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah baru dilakukan pada guru SMK. Penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan populasi dari sekolah dasar atau sekolah menengah pertama.
