Distribusi Postur Mengemudi, Penggunaan Lumbar Support dan Keluhan Low Back Pain Pada Pengemudi Truk DLH Kota Palembang

Abstrak

Low Back Pain (LBP) dilaporkan sebagai gangguan yang paling umum dialami oleh pengemudi, dengan prevalensi sebesar 58,0%. Sekitar 37% keluhan LBP dikaitkan dengan faktor pekerjaan, di mana intensitas tertinggi ditemukan pada pengemudi truk. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Distribusi Postur Mengemudi, Penggunaan Lumbar Support dan Keluhan LBP pada Pengemudi Truk DLH Kota Palembang. Penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner keluhan LBP sebagai instrumen utama, serta ditunjang dengan observasi postur mengemudi pada pengemudi truk DLH Kota Palembang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara purposive sampling sebanyak 107 responden. Hasil penelitian terkait distribusi frekuensi Postur Mengemudi menunjukan mayoritas pengemudi dengan postur mengemudi yang baik sebesar (56,1%), mayoritas pengemudi tidak menggunakan Lumbar Support pada saat mengemudi sebesar (89,7%), dan distribusi frekuensi keluhan LBP menunjukan mayoritas pengemudi truk DLH Kota Palembang mengalami keluhan LBP sebesar (60,7%). Pengemudi disarankan untuk melakukan peregangan dan istirahat selama 30 menit setelah mengemudi selama 4,5 jam sekali, Mengatur postur tubuh tetap lurus dengan sudut kemiringan kursi antara 100o – 110o derajat dan selalu menggunakan Lumbar Support selama mengemudi.
