Analisis Postur Kerja Menggunakan Metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA): Studi Kasus Divisi Internal Audit PT XYZ

Postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis serta tingginya intensitas penggunaan komputer dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis postur kerja dan tingkat risiko keluhan MSDs pada karyawan Divisi Internal Audit PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan melibatkan 13 karyawan sebagai informan utama, General Manager Health Safety and Environment sebagai informan kunci, serta dokter klinik perusahaan sebagai informan pendukung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen Nordic Body Map (NBM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bagian tubuh yang mengalami keluhan, sedangkan metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) digunakan untuk menilai tingkat risiko postur kerja. Hasil NBM menunjukkan 62% karyawan berada pada risiko rendah dan 38% pada risiko sedang. Analisis ROSA menunjukkan sebagian besar karyawan berada pada kategori risiko sedang hingga tinggi. Permasalahan dipengaruhi oleh postur kerja yang tidak tepat serta fasilitas kerja yang kurang ergonomis. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penyesuaian postur kerja dan penggunaan kursi kerja adjustable sesuai antropometri karyawan.
