Analisis Perilaku Konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (Fe) Pada Remaja Putri Di Kabupaten Pati

Anemia dapat dicegah melalui konsumsi tablet tambah darah (Fe) secara rutin, namun tingkat kepatuhan masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah (Fe) pada remaja putri di Kabupaten Pati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah 291 siswi remaja putri di SMP Negeri 1 Cluwak, dengan sampel sebanyak 187 responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square atau uji alternatifnya dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan (p<0.001; PR= 3.59; 95% CI=2.56-5.05), sikap (p=0.001; PR= 1.52 95% CI=1.16-1.98), motivasi (p<0.001; PR= 3.27; 95% CI=2.45-4.38), dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p=0.011; PR= 1.36; 95% CI=1.08-1.71), berhubungan secara signifikan dengan perilaku kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah (Fe). Sementara itu, dukungan sekolah, teman sebaya, keluarga, dan akses informasi tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna. Perilaku kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (Fe) dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada desain potong lintang sehingga tidak dapat menentukan hubungan sebab-akibat.
