Personality Style, Kecemasan, dan Antenatal Care terhadap Risiko Stunting pada Bayi Ibu Remaja

Abstrak

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Bima dengan prevalensi mencapai 29,5%, lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata nasional (21,6%). Ibu remaja merupakan kelompok yang berisiko tinggi mengalami faktor biologis dan psikososial yang dapat meningkatkan risiko stunting pada bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepribadian, kecemasan kehamilan, dan keterlibatan antenatal care (ANC) terhadap risiko stunting pada bayi ibu remaja di wilayah pesisir. Penelitian menggunakan desain mixed methods sequential explanatory. Fase kuantitatif melibatkan 158 ibu remaja yang dipilih dengan stratified sampling, menggunakan instrumen gaya kepribadian, kecemasan kehamilan, dan keterlibatan ANC yang telah memenuhi validitas dan reliabilitas (Aiken’s V=0,86–0,94; α=0,77–0,88; ω=0,79–0,91). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistik biner dan analisis mediasi dengan Jamovi 2.6.44. Fase kualitatif melibatkan 12 informan yang dianalisis melalui analisis tematik. Hasil regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepribadian berhubungan signifikan dengan penurunan risiko stunting (OR= 0,17; p= 0,008), sedangkan kecemasan kehamilan dan keterlibatan ANC tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara individual (p > 0,05). Namun, ketiga variabel secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap risiko stunting (χ²(3)= 8,33; p= 0,040). Temuan kualitatif menguatkan bahwa ibu dengan gaya kepribadian adaptif lebih mampu mengelola kecemasan dan memanfaatkan layanan ANC secara konsisten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis, khususnya gaya kepribadian, berperan protektif dalam menurunkan risiko stunting pada bayi ibu remaja.
