Faktor yang Memengaruhi Niat Vasektomi di Negara Berkembang: Systematic Literature Review Berbasis Theory of Planned Behavior

Bukti mengenai faktor yang memengaruhi niat vasektomi pada pria di negara berkembang masih terpecah, terbatas pada wilayah tertentu, dan belum secara konsisten mengintegrasikan komponen utama Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi niat vasektomi di negara berkembang berbasis Theory of Planned Behavior. Desain studi ini menggunakan systematic literature review berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Artikel dikumpulkan dari database PubMed, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci dalam Bahasa Inggris. Dari 793 artikel ditemukan 11 artikel yang terdiri dari 9 penelitian kuantitatif dan 2 penelitian kualitatif yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Artikel kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis naratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi niat vasektomi di negara berkembang. Ketiga faktor tersebut bekerja saling berhubungan bukan hanya dari salah satu faktor saja dengan norma subjektif merupakan faktor paling dominan pada penelitian ini. Namun, tantangan berupa hambatan sosial, budaya, agama, sikap negatif, dan keterbatasan layanan vasektomi menyebabkan rendahnya niat melakukan vasektomi. Implikasi kebijakan menyoroti pentingnya strategi keluarga berencana yang lebih komprehensif, berpusat pada pria dan berbasis pasangan melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor, kampanye informasi yang relevan secara budaya, dan konseling yang berpusat pada pasangan.
