Determinan Kesiapan Mahasiswa Keperawatan dalam Menghadapi Situasi Gawat Darurat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kesiapan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi situasi gawat darurat, dengan meninjau peran efikasi diri, IPK, jenis kelamin, usia, dan tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional analytic. Sampel terdiri dari 56 mahasiswa keperawatan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data efikasi diri dan kesiapan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis dalam bentuk skor numerik. Analisis data meliputi uji korelasi Pearson, Independent t-test, One Way ANOVA, serta regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Rata-rata skor efikasi diri adalah 44,54 (SD = 6,14) dan kesiapan 55,52 (SD = 6,79). Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kesiapan (r = 0,18; p = 0,18). IPK menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan terhadap kesiapan (p = 0,01), di mana mahasiswa dengan IPK >3,50 memiliki kesiapan lebih tinggi. Jenis kelamin, usia, dan tempat tinggal tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p > 0,05). Hasil regresi menunjukkan model signifikan (p = 0,03) dengan IPK sebagai determinan utama kesiapan (β = 0,32; p = 0,01). IPK merupakan determinan signifikan kesiapan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi situasi gawat darurat, sedangkan efikasi diri dan faktor demografis tidak menunjukkan pengaruh bermakna. Penguatan aspek akademik perlu menjadi fokus dalam meningkatkan kesiapan klinis mahasiswa.
